The morning we left Marseille we visited Long Champs. It again just sealed the deal that Marseille was my favorite city. It was beautiful! Long Champs was built to in the early years, (I think in the 1600's) to celebrate having fresh water in the city for the people. I loved it. At the top of this amphitheater type place you can see the Basilica that we had visited in the previous days. Exciting great place, and again all of those great feelings came back about what a great place and how many wonderful things this world has to offer!
