A welcome addition

So as you all know my little Jerra Jo could live in a zoo if we allowed her. Scott and Tracy recently had some kittens that they were "fostering" and Jerra had decided that she was going to keep one. Well Tracy put the kittens up for "free" and one person came and took all of their kittens at one time. Jerra was devastated to say the least. It was very easy to find another person whom was giving away kittens for free, and of course since I had promised once I was stuck! Jerra got her new bundle of joy last Tuesday, and is doing really well with her. I constantly remind her that this is hers and that she must take care of her on her own. She has been very responsible and is doing well with the challenge. We named out new kitten Emmy, although Jerra calls her Emerson! She is really cute and is so tiny. She is awkward and falls over lots as she is not completely coordinated. She likes to cry and quickly has trained the kids so they run when she screams. We might be in trouble with this. Hannah loves her as much as Jerra. Hershey on the other hand isn't so thrilled. She doesn't like that she might have to share her territory with something else, and is very temperamental when Emmy comes around. She is getting to where she will tolerate Emmy but we haven't let them close yet. Hershey is very unpredictable and she runs our house, we call her the Queen!! Ha-Ha both Tracy and Jess know this for sure. I am confident that Hershey will come around and that they won't necessary be "friends" but tolerate one another. Emmy would like to pounce on Hershey, but for now they will stay apart, or else? Lots of fun and so cute. Pics to come.
