Jo Jo
Jerra has probably changed the most in our family lately. Jerra LOVES life more than any of our kids. She rarely complains about anything, but when she does she is a monster. Jerra has a great way of making me feel guilty. Jerra is very determined and believes in herself. She loves fine arts.
Jerra tired out for concert choir, the top choir in Rocky and made it. She was so scared and was really doubtful that she would make it, but I never doubted her. Jerrra recently fiished the school play, this was a big accomplishment for Jerra but a bigger accomplishment for us (espeically her dad). The play was Fiddler on the Roof and Jerra got a part (this is hard for an eight grader as there are not very many "solo" parts) just one sentence. Although just one sentence, she had a part, and loved ever word. The school play is very hard becasue they practiced everyday after school for at least an hour and a half. This is really hard cause, Jerra needed a ride every night (remember Katie works every night). We ask each other each night if it is worth it.
Jerra is also a great soccer player and runner, she is getting excited for track to start and is one of the top players on her team. Like Katie, Jerra has her hands in everything, and does not hate very many things. Many are attracted to Jerra, and she is the "entertainer" for the twins. They adore her.
Jerra is five foot three inches tall and just under 100 pounds, her legs are so long when standing next to me the top of her leg hits the top of my hips. She can run distance but has a hard time sprinting as she gets "tangled" in her legs LOL. Jerra does not eat! She only likes certain foods, and doesn't mind if she misses a meal (she does not get that from me). SHe LOVES ice cream, and hamburgers and not much else. We try to get Jerra to drink Protein drinks, hoping she will GAIN weight! She too wears a 9 1/2 shoe, and a size 0 in pants (how would it be?).She is very responsible and she does not necessarily like to cook, but never gives me a bad time about cleaning up, yipee!
Okay, so I did get more pictures of Jerra, this weekend, she ran in the Fremont 5K. There were over 300 people, Jerra came in 15th overall and 2nd in her age group. This was a HUGE accomplishment considering this was sponsered by Fremont, Rocky MTN, and Wahlquist. The cross country coach at Fremont asked her to try out next year for cross country. Jerra was more eccstatic about that then, the fact that she took second place!

Jerra has come SO far from 'JO JO LAND". She is the quiet one (at times) but she is going to amaze you during her lifetime. I love her little crooked smile (that she got from me but won't admit it) so very very much. Her running is SO good for her and I'm not surprised that she chose it.
Love Mommy
